is the wetsuit waterproof? how to keep warm?
our store exclusively carries wet suits, which are *not* waterproof! neoprene, the material used, has water-permeable/air-impermeable properties. however, water will seep in through areas like the collar, cuffs, and zippers. this water is then heated by your body temperature, creating a warming effect.
the wetsuit smells when i receive it. can i return it if i am not satisfied with it after trying it on?
we own our factory, so the lead time from shipment to delivery is relatively short. this might mean that the fabric scent of some products hasn’t fully dissipated. If you are not satisfied/don’t want it/haven’t put it into the water, you can return or exchange the product without affecting secondary sales
